  1. A good day's , heading out for a lunchtime that turned into a 22km up and down the towpath. I *definitely* started flagging after 16km, so it'll be good to try and extend this!

    This marks the end of day 2 of my challenge, ahead of my operation on April 10th.

    Onwards!

  7. Over the past 4 weeks I've averaged around 18,500 steps each day, which took me 12km.
    That , along with a very rigid --but not /particularly/ severe-- , has led to the purple graph: a of 17 pounds.
    This data doesn't include the initial 2 weeks, where I expect I lost a whole bunch of "lifestyle change" weight.
    A long way still to go ... but I'm getting there, and now I have a /plan/!
