Symbolisch voor de houding van de mens inclusief regeringen, niet willen zien van de feiten over klimaatverandering. Last night Scientist Rebellion blindfolded iconic statues in over 10 countries ranging from Panama to Australia to demand climate action in response to the recent IPCC report.
These included The Little Mermaid in Denmark, Spinoza, Rembrandt and Erasmus in the Netherlands, The Three Smiths in Finland, Oscar Wilde & Eduard Vilde in Ireland, El Gato de Botero and Anibal Gonzalez in Spain.
