  1. One nice feature of NowDo20 is that the timer would run for "20 minutes", then it would tell you to take a break, and then it would NOT restart until you asked it to.

I find that the other pages have their timers continually running. They run for 20 minutes, then they tell you to take a break for 20 seconds, and then they IMMEDIATELY restart.

    I find this behavior annoying.

  5. Well... I've discovered that

    nowdo20.com/

has a timer that is too slow. It is too slow by about 5 minutes over 20 minutes! 🤬

I had an inkling it was too slow, but then I asked Home Assistant to set a timer for 20 minutes, and it ended with about 5 minutes still on the clock at nowdo20. 😬

The search for a decent timer continues...

  9. MakeUseOf: Your Eyes Will Thank You for Turning On These iPhone Features . “Your iPhone is indispensable, but extended screen time can take a toll on your eyes. Bright whites, sharp blues, and nonstop animations all contribute to eye strain over time. If cutting back on phone use isn’t possible, Apple offers features that can make the screen easier on your eyes.”

  10. Safe eyes is an app available on Discover store which helps you take periodic breaks from your screen. You can configure it according to your work style.

But Mr. Arctic Fox dares you to turn on "Strict Break" as he uses it whenever he has to check his email from Mr. Tux (The Penguin) on his LIX Linux machine.😂 ✉️
