Hatte heute ein Date mit der besten Ehefrau von allen - online via #Nextcloud Talk. Sie oben im Wohnbereich, ich im #Keller im #Arbeitszimmer. Der Server für Nextcloud steht in #Nürnberg, der für #eturnal steht in #Helsinki. Und ja, der TURN-Server hat den Traffic eine Stunde lang brav geroutet.
Nicht nur #JustForFun, sondern Support für die lokale #Genossenschaft.

Not at all... *THANK YOU* for your unsolicited advice! Why yes, my setup *does* use coturn, and I happen to know it does *not* resolve #IPV6, however I figured that wasn't important if the domains and server were all configured using IPV4. My knowledge here is very limited, so... is that likely an issue?
I'm *very* heartened there may be a known way out of this mess! Now to look up how complicated the fixes are for my @yunohost setup...

Both #Ejabberd and #Prosody are always up-to-date in #Debian backports. Perfect choices for enjoying freedeom and stability of Debian and adventure of latest #Jabber #XMPP server releases.
Ejabberd (best with #PostgreSQL backend), for high traffic or thousands of users. Prosody (best with file storage backend), for the interesting community modules ("prosody-modules").
Note, that you might like to run #coturn or #eturnal, too, for A/V calls and maybe #Nginx for file transfer.
