I've seen that the #omnibus spending bill includes #ElectoralCountAct language (yay!), a lot more defense spending (sigh), and some other various bits and pieces... but how about the #DebtLimit, does it do anything about that? Is this a full budget or just a stopgap? When will it next be up for renewal?
