Wir fordern die Gesetzgeber auf, die Verwendung von Lizenzen auf Basis offener Standards für Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors zu schützen und damit einen der Eckpfeiler des europäischen #OpenData-Rahmens zu bewahren.

"Die Techno-Autokraten wissen, dass man, um Macht auszuüben, keine Wahlen gewinnen muss – sondern nur Verträge abschließen. Das aber heißt: Mit jedem staatlichen Beschaffungsprogramm wird die demokratische Wahlmöglichkeit eingeengt, bis die Wahl als solche auf technischer Ebene durch eine Infrastruktur eingeschränkt wird, die im Interesse der Investoren und nicht für die Bürgerinnen und Bürger errichtet wurde."
Wenn man dann als demokratisch noch so deutlich legitimierter Staat (Legislative genau wie Judikative und Exekutive) nicht aufpasst, ist man handlungsunfähig, weil plötzlich die E-Mail, die Plattform zur Kommunikation mit Bürger:innen, oder die internen Dokumenten-Workflows nicht mehr gehen. Ganz abgesehen davon, dass die Mittel des staatlichen Gewaltmonopols (von Überwachungs- und Gewahrsamsinfrastruktur bis zu tatsächlichen Waffensystemen) zwei Herren dienlich sind.
