Sub cover is a mislead as that is a cover from the later series #1 by the Big John, but the omni is mostly about the earlier material. This is an epic cover though. The other one is the short lived CB continuation series from the 90s.
SSOC was still alive when this one is in print, but Rafael Kayanan might be a mislead. It is also in color. There is a French cartoon with the same name.

Ganz abgesehen davon, dass die Mittel des staatlichen Gewaltmonopols (von Überwachungs- und Gewahrsamsinfrastruktur bis zu tatsächlichen Waffensystemen) zwei Herren dienlich sind.
