Okay, so for the record, I tried a bunch of things to get #GuildWars2 to work on #NVIDIA:

- Installing #Nouveau to use #Gallium9 caused a lot of problems (like no 144 Hz) with no noticable improvement.
- Installing #VKD3D #Proton didn't do anything as #GW2 is #DX11
- Installing #DXVK made the launcher crash "Coherent GPU process crashed"
- Simply launching the game through #Steam magically worked. ✨

Seriously, what black magic is #Valve doing? Is #Wine even relevant anymore? #GamingOnLinux

Vulkan / Linux gaming: a new extension coming to fix DXVK rendering issues with Witcher 3 +other games!

This is another step towards full compatibility with all DX11 games. DX11 Stream Output to be emulated in DXVK is the last piece to fully support DX11. Is Valve actually playing a role behind the scene on this, too?
