Direct from Conmar Live after the great premiere, I give you FR-DC-CONMAR-01 Tower Up! Opening up with a Conmar Live discount for everyone:
Teren Natacia has inherited a tower from his favorite uncle Brotgerd. Uncle Brotgerd was quite eccentric, so Teren wants to hire the adventurers to make sure that the tower is safe to enter.
A Two-Hour Adventure for Tier 1 Characters. Optimized for APL 2.

Had a GREAT time running my latest adventure! My table was full of wonderful players, Game 'N' Grounds was really hopping, and their food was excellent as always. Can't wait to run this adventure for more folks!

Who is taking care of your dungeon? Are their maids or servants cleaning it up? Did you let the place flood? What is your vermin situation like? How bad does it smell down there? Did anyone empty the buckets... You know... The buckets for you know what :X

2)
"D&D" rpg vlgs focus (more or less humorously) on "D&D" problems and idiosincracies and how GMs and Players can bend over backwards to "fix" them.

And people seem fine with this.

Just look at channels such as #XPtoLevel3, #DungeonCraft and #DungeonMasterpiece, among many others.
