@ataustin I designed a process for similar questions. We started with a simple feedback matrix from #designthinking & followed the #doublediamond idea. The feedback matrix gave us so much input!
Feedback matrix:
- what worked
- what needs to change (constructive criticism)
- any questions to answer
- new ideas to try outTo prioritize our topics within the matrix we used #dotocracy. Then we worked on each topic separately.
Maybe I should publish the process one day 😅 would you be interested?
