Nearly every town that we visited had meaningful sculptures in place. There are so many stories to be told here and the Icelandic people love to share those stories through works of art.

We visited the town of Djúpivogur in eastern Iceland. I just loved coming across these little towns with colorful streets. This building is one of the oldest commercial buildings in Iceland dating to the 1790's.
