Ich bin immer noch entsetzt über das #Diversions-Urteil von #ÖVP #Wöginger und, dass es in der gesamten österreichischen #Regierung niemanden gibt, der seinen #Rücktritt fordert.

Es braucht sich niemand wundern, dass #Österreich im #Korruptionsindex am absteigenden Ast ist.

It has been a long, cold, mostly icy winter. I’m not sure if age makes this feeling more acute, but the data seem to show that this winter has been colder than average. I can’t remember the last time I pined for spring this badly.

But, just yesterday, as temperatures finally hit 50ºF, the garlic began pushing through the still hard frozen earth. Woohoo!

"La lutte sociale, ça nécessite de l’orga. Et, plus que jamais, on a besoin d’outils fiables pour s’organiser. Au choix, entre m’organiser au McCafé ou dans un bar géré par des meufs trans, c’est vite choisi. Insta est aliénant. Swiper n’est pas un geste militant. C’est déprimant et ça nous nique notre capacité de concentration. Ça nous habitue à des intéractions superficielles et constamment avoir le regard potentiel de 500 personnes est hyper anxiogène. #Emergency departments in the region were closed for a total of 89 hours and thirty minutes in November, compared to just 52 hours in October.

#Diversions are a key issue for the #ILA, w/the #union's president, #HaroldDaggett, threatening that the #longshoremen would travel to ports where diverted vessels attempt to unload their freight. Daggett has mentioned the #ILWU allowing ILA members to go to the port in the 1977 #strike to stop the unloading of a diverted vessel. Daggett was one of those longshoremen at that time who traveled to the #WestCoast.
