It will never not be funny to me that the content I make that consistently gets the most transphobia/homophobia is my disability pride content. It happens every single year. They just see the word "pride" get themselves all riled up, and I just can't help but laugh.

What makes it even funnier is when it happens on Tik Tok. I have videos there talking about queer issues, some of which are about very controversial topics that Ive seen my mutuals get way more heat over, Ive got videos about being trans and ace and nonbinary and despite them doing very well for the most part, they (almost) never get trolls or hate comments. But the disability pride videos? those are the ones where the bigots come out, ranting about "you gays" despite the very video they commented on explicitly stating LGBTQ pride and disability pride are not connected. It gives me a boost in the algorithm, though, so go off I guess 😂
