Looking like there's three recognised possibilities;
"a discussion group for adults",
"a grief support group", &
"counselling sessions".

A person of English extraction recently told me they were not going to have a funeral for their elderly deceased parent because an offspring of the deceased would then have travel a great distance to a sad event.

I feel no great confidence in an approach to death that separates off grief around death from discussion around #Death.
