we move on to a really interesting discussion on data access and missing trust of researchers in their university in some countries here: some researchers do not want to give their university their data and rather keep it local #DHTbilisi

There are fantastic Digital History projects in Central Asia, but they are hardy visible in Western Europe, because - amongst other reasons-there is a lack of infrastructures in Central Asia, says @dinaraamirovna #DHTbilisi
