My Daily Thought isn’t so daily-but for today-I have from James Finley and “Turning the Mystics” Season 2-the idea that “sin” is a lack of respect for self, others and the world.
Part of overcoming that, with God’s help-is love for self, others, and the world.
That’s deep-and worth pondering.

Don’t overthink things-it makes you more stressed than you need to be-speaking as one who always overthinks stuff.
Be simple-not a simpleton-but simple.
So much stress starts between our ears.
