made #japanese golden #curry (er, katsu curry don) for #dinner again last night. it was a wonderful warm-you-up-on-the-inside kind of meal in light of all the snow and windchill weather we've been having as of late. made a tonnnn of curry and a buuuunch of #chicken #katsu. it would appear, however, that no matter how many #cutlets i make, the katsu gets depleted so damn fast.

would it have anything to do with the fact that they're basically giant #ChickenTenders and so many of them get eaten as a #snack both before and after dinner instead of being added to the bowl of #rice along with the curry?

it's such a mystery.
