    Back in May 2023 I bought home some free Cumquats🍊 from Reynard St Community Garden stall at Climate Carnival. I used just the peel to marinate with a bottle of gin with 2 cups of sugar. Today I bottled my Jovian Cumquatcello.

    It has a strong citrus🍊 kick. 🧡😁 I think I like it.

    Might add this to the next North Coburg Food Swap fruit liquor tasting…
