1) 2) Thanks for clarifying. I've seen hardliners elsewhere who believe #WebApps should never have existed. They say #HTML documents ought to be static on the client (apart from interaction via #CSSCrimes) and apps ought to be native.

3) Related: Who ought to fund the platform that hosts a waffle recipe? I've concluded that #AdTech and #enshittification happened because no one figured out how to pay an author less than a dollar electronically. Likewise fedi instances closing because their operators ran out of pocket money.
