📼 Vista #LaMonja2.
Soy de aquellos a los que les gustó bastante la primera (ese aire a película “retro” de la Hammer, un sano divertimento centrado, sobre todo, en lo atmosférico).
De esta me gusta su ambiente Dark Academia (ese subgénero sobre crímenes en internados femeninos o mixtos), pero el argumento parece dar bandazos sin terminar de definirse entre ser algo de horror puro tipo #ElExorcista, o un thriller religioso-aventurero a lo Dan Brown o Indiana Jones.
Más escasa de “jumpscares” que la primera, destacaría, eso sí, la MAGISTRAL escena del kiosco de revistas, y la (como siempre en el #ConjuringUniverse) excelente ambientación y fotografía.
Sobre el reparto, una vez más, buena labor de Taissa Farmiga y el resto. También me gustó que recuperaran a una de las hermanas Pevensie de #LasCrónicasDeNarnia; una buena maniobra de casting para congraciarse con la generación Z.
Lo dicho, inferior a la primera, pero correcta/visible en general.

#TheNun2: It's got some sticking points as far as plot and iconography, and the shine on this whole Universe is definitely wearing off for me overall, but as another demonic possession horror flick, it's alright.
