Exploration Gallery, curated by Chef Professor and food scholar, Luciana Godoy, is now accepting proposals for works to be exhibited at the conference in May-June 2023. The deadline is February 28, 2023!

Submissions may include student posters, installations, books/zines, slide shows and videos, two- or three-dimensional pieces, edible art, and other creative works.
