Most of the negotiators at #COP28 are probably my age or older. I expect to die sometime in the 2050s, and will not live to see the catastrophic climate change that's coming in the latter half of this century as a result of the abject failure of COP28 to make the changes we need.
I get that they probably don't give a shit about that for themselves.
But don't any of them have children? Or grandchildren?
