#BackPain and stiffness, and #fatigue are being such buggers lately. Finally used my icepack and #Thumper massager (Canadian btw). Even risked the Thumper right where the lower back’s worst knot was tipping me off-balance, making middle back tighten up and all causing #pain and exhaustion of lopsidedness. The knot is still intense, but has lessened its effects on everything else and I can, briefly, be more upright. Might worsen as I walk to the bus etc tomorrow for the #chiropractor.

My brother isn’t a big milk drinker, but when he does, he tries to get #RawMilk. He’s a #chiropractor. Of course he does. He also refuses to use sunscreen because of Big Sunscreen.

Looking forward to the #chiropractor tomorrow especially after half an hour at the #dentist has left some upset muscles. Plus some time #gaming, what can you do, it gives the dopamine and I’m more relaxed and energised now. Only had to do one bit twice after getting in over my head. We messed up a bit on the first try (a spell hit too widely, whoops, sorry citizens) and then missed a bit on the second but it worked out. Then some failed dice rolls and an ally hated us, but c’est la story 🤷🏻♀️

#today I have once again had not enough sleep cos I slept some in the evening after the #chiropractor sorted out the mess left from sitting at the computer far too long last Sunday. So much veering off to one side, holding on as I went, and stopping walking to pace myself and catch breath. It often does that some, but this was bad.
Despite the tiredness and stiffness, I feel better. When I walked out of her treatment room, my head felt so much more centred in the right place.
