@SirTapTap There's of course a #ChickenAndEgg problem - you still need a password to protect the email where the magic link is sent.
I avoid them where possible - not because they're less safe, but because using my Password Manager is faster, just fill it in from the gadget rather than switch to my mail client, copy the code, then back to the browser to fill it in.

I want/need more activity on Mastodon and we all need more accounts here. While related they're not the same thing. More than the sum of the parts. A few of us posting a lot doesn't make up for too many barely posting anything. The latter may consist of many biding their time, possibly hoping for more people like them to follow and boost. Unfortunately, there may be too many waiting for others to make the first move.

The web is not #accessible in general as few businesses care, and people don't want to invest in #accessibility because user base is so #excluded they just give up.

But if we don't try first, not expecting fast results, we'll never reach the breaking point.
