My 2nd mobile (testing purposes) has #LineageOS w/out GApps.

For Calendar I use #OneCalendar which handle CalDAV directly, #betterprivacy 'cause doesn't use phone calendar. And Contacts are synced via #DAVx5.
App updates are done via #Obtainium and #Aurora.

I erased my Google account on 7th January
I erased my Twitter accounts
I erased my Whatsapp account
I erased my Facebook account

As far you see my hand doesn't tremble with #BigTech, Cap'n

Two years ago I started taking online privacy more seriously.

Two easy initial steps to take are :
1) Change your web browser
and
2) Change your search engine.

Would recommend checking out both of the following:

Sometimes, our choices may feel limited - that we are trapped behind walls of privacy-destroying technologies.

But we just need to be willing to search for, support and share better alternatives. We may be somewhat inconvenienced or disconnected from our personal network for a bit, but is it not worth it?
