our regular cat sitter (who we love ❤️) doesn't know how to care for cast iron, and I usually come home to one abomination or another (once the pan was in the dishwasher!) and I have to re-season it.
this time I used two coats of avocado oil because I didn't have any rapeseed oil handy, and it turned out SO WELL. the surface is smooth and hard!
