  7. @midtsveen auto-cpufreq works usually great! I always install it with the `git clone` command, that works the best.

    It automatically switches into energy saving mode when you disconnect the charger, and the other way round as well.

    I also use it on desktops, because it doesn't hurt throttling down the CPU when it is not in active use.
