Got myself a new #ArcadeR joystick when I ordered my #C64Ultimate... and while the #C64 is delayed for a few months for some reason, the joystick finally arrived.
No worries... it works great on my #Spectrum Next! Feels very arcade-y, with a loose stick and clicky buttons. Need to do the mod to make auto-fire work on the Next though, Light Force is killing me!
(By the way - how amazing does Light Force look even now? Some very thoughtful pixel work there)

Those of you who got a #C64Ultimate with an #ArcadeR joystick: anyone got delivered ? I picked the beige to match the era. They said 60 days but it’s now been like 5 months.
I was lucky and got the C64U (brown) delivered in Rio de Janeiro and later at least one other ( @claus ) person reported the order was cancelled and commodore said they didn’t ship to Brazil after all (except for me apparently 🥺).
So I don’t know if I should just cancel and try to get one elsewhere.

The new #RC2014 #Joystick #Interface by #TynemouthSoftware works fine with #TutTut - hopefully I get beyond the second stage this time, now that I can play with a real Joystick ( #ArcadeR )
So now I have an "official" RC2014 "gaming system" ... heh ...
