We called it a day, knowing we had to return the rental car and get to the airport for the return flight home. But first we had to find a gas station to top off the tank of the rental.

The moose family was somewhat gratifying. But we were on a busy highway sitting significantly lower than the moose. The view was not the best. After getting some lunch, we set out to find moose again.
We went back to Kincaid park. No luck.
We drove through several areas around the Anchorage airport. No luck.
We went back to Kincaid park yet again, driving through 3 or 4 more times. No luck.

We decided to turn around and go back for a second look. Here's what we found.
An adult (presumably the mama) and two calves lying in a neighborhood yard against a wooden privacy fence.
The age old wise advice is that you never approach an animal that is with their young. Were the residents in the house trapped until the moose fam left?
