After going into the office for the afternoon and spending the evening running errands, I came home and IMMEDIATELY started feeling sick again.

One of my purchases was an air quality monitor from Ikea, and it’s reporting particulate-free air…so…dust allergy?

#seattle, if you know of an #allergist with openings in the next 1-2 weeks, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. My appt is at the end of November.

I don’t know how I’ll spend the next 1.5 months still feeling like this. It is draining my energy and soul.

Okay @homeassistant #HomeAssistant friends, a question.

Can I use a conditional card + a mushroom template card to only show my "time to destination" (via Waze) if my Google Calendar shows a particularly labeled event?

Like, on days I have an #AllergyShot, show the time to the #Allergist?

Could {{ is_state_attr('calendar.redacted','message','Allergy Shot') is true}} be the condition? If not, how would I accomplish this?

Just finished #debriefing myself after my trip to the #allergist and this is part of my #notes.

I've been an inveterate note-taker for years and discovered #PKM (#PersonalKnowledgeManagement) last year while searching for #ADHD oriented methods of organization & productivity.

That led me to the amazing #Obsidian app (which is shockingly free for being fully featured), which took my note-taking to another level.

I do gain some satisfaction from creating informative visuals :)

At the #allergist for the first time since the 90s.

I’ve had seasonal #allergies all my life and I’m hoping that something will allow me to #sleep through the night during allergy season. Otherwise when I have symptoms (which is most nights during the season), I wake up when the 4h benedryl wears off.

And thanks to my #adhd, I have a darn tootin’ hard going back to sleep if I wake in the middle of the night.

Does anyone know of an #allergist in #Berlin that will prescribe an #epipen _before_ you end up in hospital _in germany_?
