hee. I'm going to a conference in January (ceteris paribus) and they asked for an RSVP for a particular lunch panel session, then if yes asked if willing to host a table, then if yes, to indicate my career position (early, mid, senior).

I finally had to admit I fall into the "senior faculty" position. I can't even say I'm mid-career any more, I'm definitely well past that! 😱
