As a first-time submitter a few weeks ago, I recommend submitting your music to @etherdiver's OPM blog. I got some fantastic feedback on my #AarDHD tune from its readers.
I've also been reading the blog posts and picked up some decent tunes to listen to and to play on my radio show.
The selection is so eclectic and wide-ranging that it won't all be to your taste, but isn't that part of the joy of checking out new music? Experience it all and then decide what floats your boat.

Opened up @nham (Nexus Haven of Awesome Music) today and found the Vivid Flow Remix sitting right there in the releases section alongside some great artists. Didn't expect that at all.

New track out. The 'Vivid Flow Remix' of 'Flow State'.
The original was ambient for calm focus.
This is the other side of the coin: 174 BPM Liquid DnB for energetic, deep work. Same idea - functional music for noisy heads - different method.
It's built around an 11Hz binaural beat to help with focus. Headphones are essential for the effect.

Watching and subscribing on YouTube helps make the project self-funding, unless you'd rather just buy the music from Mirlo or Bandcamp. Either way, headphones on.

By popular demand (and by that, I mean at least two, possibly three people mentioned it), the nearly 10-minute version of 'Flow State' was a bit much for our frantic, modern lives.
Point taken.
I've now released a 'Radio Edit'. It's a brisk five minutes. Same brain-calming 11Hz binaural beats for focus, just half the commitment. You'll still need headphones for the full effect.

Back in the studio, working on Track 2. We're increasing the complexity of the instrumentation for the binaural beats tracks and going a step further chilled. But with some added isochronic tones, the brain wave entrainment should be stronger, more effectively producing that focussed calm to help you work.

Evening! I'm looking for a small favour....
The first track from my new #AarDHD project has an official release on 19th Jan, but the YouTube video is up on a private listing ahead of that date.
I'd be really grateful if some of you could go and give it a play so it already has some numbers on it when it goes public.
Also, it's pretty good music (IMHO - I'm super proud of this one), so I can recommend a listen if you haven't heard it already.

Fucking torn in two.
Listening back to the (potentially) the first track I've created for the #AarDHD project and feeling immense because it's everything I imagined and more.
But MrsVark went to a community choir tonight and found, for the first time, that #FND / #CFS hjas stolen her singing voice from her. She's heartbroken. It's her very soul... and it's gone.
I'm broken for her. I want to console her, but also push her to work to get it back. It's beyond sad.
But my personal project is.... -
My #AarDHD Binaural Beats Project #1 track is nearing completion, and I can't wait for people to hear it. I'm impatient to get it finished and out into the world.

Spent the day staring at frequencies and arguing with maths to make a song. The result is 8 minutes of 87 BPM downtempo stuff in A minor.
It's supposedly for focus, but mostly it was an exercise in seeing if I could create a tune with binaural beats embedded throughout without my brain melting.
The result is unlike anything binaural beats that I've come across, and I'm proud of it.
