I love texture in photos and especially in black and white where the tones and textures are "easier" to see. I really should take more photos of the wonderful textures of nature and not just the large vistas.

I didn't plan to shoot these as a diptych but they were back to back on the roll and when I edited them, now I can't see them apart. I know it's a lot going on with a double exposure and a sign but it just feels like part of the same scene, so I had to post them together. Also, I found that sign very charming 🪈🐍

Shot on Fomapan 100 rated as 200 (pushed one stop), developed in Caffenol for 15 minutes.
