If you look more closely at the numbers two things are clear:
1. More of the epidemic is shifting from Ituri to neighboring North Kivu. (58 of the 96 cases today are in North Kivu).
2. The response still is not working as it needs to (40 of 46 deaths reported today were deaths in the community).
