Moscow has started withdrawing its so-called "peacekeeping" forces from the territory of the former unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. This process will be completed in a few days, allowing Azerbaijan to fully restore its control over the region. Russian "peacekeepers" were temporarily stationed in Karabakh following a trilateral statement signed in 2020. #karabakh is a land on which Armenians lived for many thousand years, it was given to Azerbaijan by Soviet union
In the 1990s there was war for the land and armenians won,
now Azerbaijan being oil backed autocracy bought a lot of weapons and forced Armenians of Karabakh out of their historic land, thus doing ethnic cleansing
