Tonight's dinner: pininyahang manok sa gata (chicken with pineapples in coconut milk). There's leftover coconut milk, which will go with tomorrow's coffee for some scrumptious ca phe dua (Vietnamese coffee with coconut milk).

Pasta "hack" a few dinners ago: I was supposed to make Napolitan, but there wasn't enough ketchup to go with it. But a tablespoon of Kikkoman, two scoops of pasta water, chopped garlic, and a sprinkle of furikake saved this dish. Hooray!
