Open-source клон Google Circle to Search без привязки к Google (хотя имеется отдельно функционал активации Google Lens), вполне неплохая замена, особенно когда разработчик допилит. Не отправляет на чужой сервер весь экран (если не используете соответствующую кнопку), как это делает Google. Только то что вы выделили.

Имеется автономное распознавание текста, работает на 100% локально на вашем устройстве, распознавание QR, несколько поисковиков (Google, Bing, Yandex) и т.д.

Английский уже вшит. Другие модели также хранятся в группе.
