  3. Just had an hour-long talk with someone much more experienced with #UX who comes from a completely different world (not open-source, I mean), and I'm just buzzing with ideas on how to organize my work better, how to communicate it better to hackers and how to make the whole #Qubes_OS UX thing a better process for all contributors involved.

It is so good to exchange ideas with people smarter than me :D

  4. Just spent almost 15 minutes on hold so that a rep could tell me that #UX is bad and #affordances are dead.

    This is a dropdown‽‽

  14. Plugin UX isn’t just about UI—it starts with the code.

If devs are fighting your plugin architecture, your users will feel it too. Good DX = better UX. Here’s why it matters 👇

  25. Just in case I’m the only one for this dead obvious thing: #QR payments are amazing, but as a user I would like them to be treated as a bill rather than command.
If I scan the code (again) I want to know whether it has been paid? By whom? When? Has the payment been returned? Can I get a link to the payment in case it has been done by me? Etc…
This would prevent me in so many cases panicking and digging through atrocious #UX of my banks to find what has happened.

  29. We’re not just designing features anymore—we’re deciding what systems are allowed to do. Most teams skip that step. What if the real design problem isn’t automation, but delegation? Where should systems act—and where should they stop? #uxdesign #productstrategy #ai #humancentereddesign #AgenticAI
