Ein Ort zum Verweilen!
Oftmals sind des diese kleinen Orte im #Münsterland, die man bei uns in der Gegend findet. Man muss halt nur genau hinsehen und sie entdecken. Diesen kleinen Bach, am Rande eines #Waldes habe ich leider bisher oft übersehen mit Fahrrad oder Auto. Zu Fuß ist er mir sofort ins Auge gefallen und hat den Alltag beim Betrachten entschleunigt.

Today was my 200th #parkrun at my local park, 231 overall. I'll be able to order the green t-shirt soon :)
Yesterday we were at a friend's funeral, and this morning I ran with some friends for most of the course, just chatting and sharing some old memories. A little slower than last week, but more #running and less walking so I don't mind.
You'd think after nearly 250 parkruns I'd be running the whole thing, but I'm really not built for this. I think I'm just stubborn.

Spent the lunch break watching some athletics and trying to find the Spurs training? top I saw at #parkrun this morning without success. It was two-tone blue dazzle fading into just the lighter blue. I'd be interested in finding it without the Spurs logo (as I'm not a supporter). I didn't take a photo (that would be weird, but may check out the volunteer-taken photos later).
