Dear Fedi, where can I buy a 3-cell 18650 pack like the pictured one? Specifically, triangular arrangement and two contact tabs (series).
Respectable vendor, if at all possible. Capacity is no big deal, anything is better than these ~20 year old worn out cells. Protection circuitry is part of the tool (it has a separate thermal sensor on the pack).
Other form factors or tab positions would be really hard to accomodate, as there is roughly no space in the toolcase.

Dear #fedi, I am in the market for a laser cutter. I would mostly use it to cut PMMA. I have some previous experience with a rather large unit at a previous employer, but I have no idea what manufacturers to avoid etc. I don't need large work area, maybe A3, though A4 might work. Outside size is a bit of a concern as I don't have a large amount of space. Ability to cut metal would be fantastic, but that can be a later upgrade.

Reassembly time for the Onkyo A-8470. The chassis has some weird construction in that some parts look like they need to be assembled a certain way, but you have to actually flip/rotate them 180 degrees. Always nice to have a service manual with an exploded view.

Probably one of the first albums I got to know AT with. Jazzy horns and melodies, and frenetic beats. Around Foley Room I lost the connection to his music a bit, but later stuff like Only Child Tyrant and Cronos were delightful again.

Pressed on "eco-vinyl" by Optimal Media, which is supposedly CO2 neutral. FWIW, I can't hear a difference to classic crude oil based PVC, so I'm all for it (if it isn't just greenwashing).
