I learned today that if you have both a Garmin Edge and a Garmin watch, you can't automatically send heart rate data from the watch to the Edge when you start an activity. Before every ride, you have to manually enable the "Broadcast HR" option in the HR glance settings. This is really inconvenient.

HR monitor ot power meter, and then yes.
The bike does not matter so much, it is merely means to bump. HR up or put some work on the muscles.
I use my #garminEdge for routing and to warn me of too high HR or power during the ride and to record them. The Garmin ecosystem work fairly well for systematic training regardless if I have an event to participate it not.

At some point all backgrounds in Arco became noticeably better: whoever was doing them had started adding dynamic elements (birds, particles, etc.) and higher-quality shadows and lighting.

Arco
Turn-based RPG with interesting combat mechanics and good writing. Usually it's not my type of game (e.g., haven't finished XCOM or Into the Breach), but I liked this one, so I bought it.
8W TDP / 60 FPS on Deck gets you 5+ hours of gameplay.
