One of my favorite memories of my time deployed to U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay during 2008 was popping this cassette into the tape deck of 10 passenger Chevy van assigned to me and waking the fuck outta my squad (mostly young troops) on the way to work in the morning. In 2008, I was a section sergeant during my Army Guard public affairs unit’s deployment to U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay and would entertain the young troops in the section with assorted rock n roll in the 10 passenger 2006 Chevy Express van I was assigned as I drove them to work. AC/DC happened to release an album that year and I picked up a copy of the CD at the NEX on base. They loved me. 😁
