@tasket Definitely a possibility. In my more serious analysis I think there's a significant chance that its main intent is to enable both sides to disengage from a catastrophic war while credibly claiming victory to their hardcore supporters at home.
The problem is that Trump's hardcore supporters at home AREN'T A COHERENT IDEOLOGY, so back here that has to filter through the #MAGAts' basket of deplorables WHO ARE NAZIS, and hate Israel for being Jewish, and its basket of deplorables WHO ARE ISOLATIONISTS, and happy to watch the rest of world burn--all in a country having midterm elections, whose OVERALL political mood is swinging away from #IsraelAtWarCrimes and toward #JusticeForPalestine.
Bizarrely, I think this is going to result in Trump throwing #KingBibiAntipas under the bus to try to save himself this fall, and Israel somewhat taking it on the chin from both political wings--although the #MAGAts' basket of deplorables who are #Talibangelical 'Christians' will certainly cushion the blow as much as they can--given than many of them are ALSO rabid antisemites, who only support Israel as instrumental in bringing about their precious apocalypse, and don't actually LIKE JEWS at all.

I paid a lot more to fill up my car a few days ago than I had for months beforehand. But it has just kept going up since then.
The discount gas at CostCo is listed as being the cheapest in my city right now, at $1.599 / litre. Just over a month ago - I only fill up about once a month - I was paying $1.099.

It’s a #difficult time this #holiday #season. Not just for us but I see it in others.
My cousins are starting to experience more on our mutual side of the family of the degree of fucked up #conspiracy #theories, #Trumpsters, #MAGAts. It’s sad but it’s also something you have to move to a safe distance to mourn.
More directly for me, I have a #parent who is getting absorbed into a new role, quickly, as a parent and a #matriarch of a #family that she’s always wanted and no idea if it’s a good idea or good fit for her. I pray that she is happy and not setting herself or those other participants up for #heartbreak later or even further #physchological and #spiritial #damage.
