@disaster2life I mean #KaiOS is good if you want to also make and receive phone calls/SMS or create a 4G WiFi hotspot on said portable hackable device?
But if those are not important there'd be other options too (check #Beepy and #WiPhone!) :raspberrypi:
For me, it was the one device I'd carry around (until I got #Mobian on my #PocoF1, but my #Nokia2720Flip is still π― when I'm not in the city and apt to be blocked by QR-coded React-bloated ticketing systems or something)
