Die Vorbereitungen haben etwas länger gedauert als geplant. Nun sind wir aber soweit. Kommende Nacht, also von Montag auf Dienstag, haben wir das Update des Servers geplant.
Es kann daher Dienstag ab 00:30 Uhr zu Einschränkungen beim Betrieb kommen. Zeitwiese wird der Server vermutlich nicht erreichbar sein. Wir hoffen bis 2 Uhr mit den Updates durch zu sein.

In diesem Zuge werden wir aber vorab mal wieder Backuprecovery testen, das Monitoring anpassen und die genutzte Ansiblerolle auf den neuesten Stand bringen.Im Rahmen des Updates wird es möglicherweise zu kurzen Dienstausfällen kommen. Wir versuchen diese in den Nebenzeiten zu halten und frühzeitig über diese zu informieren.

I'm not saying that the changes in #Mastodon #v420 are bad, but I find the #priorities interesting, such as full-text search over improved thread federation, or bottom tag restyling vs better support for non-Note objects (e.g. Articles).
