Genau mein Humor: Null Hinweis auf einen Timer während der Eingabe einer Schadenmeldung (natürlich mit zig Infos, die ich erst zusammen suchen musste) und am Ende ein Time Out Error.

1) Anrede ist verpflichtend Frau oder Herr (Hint: In Deutschland ist die Eintragung eines Geschlechts nicht erforderlich!)
2) (Screenshot) Eine eigene Seite um etwas zu bestätigen, wozu es sowieso keine Alternative gibt?

My theory is this was hastily slapped on with no review and written by ESL folks. If you choose "Suppress Sales Receipt" it still says Don't Forget Your Receipt at the end; they forgot to add logic to that dialogue.
