Without waiting for his oral-breathing answer, I point out my wife is a nuclear physicist and I have worked with #USAMRIID and #CDC, when those institutions commanded automatic, immediate respect.
At least he was smart enough to STFU, thereafter.

I am a firm believer in the basics of public health, socialized medicine.
I also spent more than a couple years dealing with mil-side #CBRNE, working along #USAMRIID and #CDC (when those meant something), going places and under circumstances most sensible people avoid.
I have had privileged access to information, given later half of that career. Not elaborating.
