#WeirdCarBS is really good. It's more like weird car twitter than #WeirdCarMastodon is. I think a big part of it is #Mastodon had it's own culture before the #Twitter #Xodus and #bluesky culture was made by #TwitterRefuges replicating twitter culture. I liek what we have here but it's cool to visit #WeirdCarBS and see some faces from #WeirdCarTwitter.

Images go through a cue to be processed. I would venture to say, as a means to make things more stable for the next wave of #TwitterRefuges, they slowed the process importance of photos and video as a safety precaution to prevent the server from being bogged down.
That is what I would do if I was an admin, facing what these souls have each wave of the #TwitterCaravans
That is my hunch.

@willmahoney Just beware, #TwitterRefuges are arriving in massive #TwitterCaravans right now and the system is on the blink as it adjusts.
This happened for about 24 hours last time the caravans arrived.
Keep that in mind as things don't load or seem slow and off.
