Die #downtime von #linuxnews lag im Jahr 2025 bei ca. 12 Minuten, gemessen an der Frontpage, was #tier3 entspricht.

Das erreichen wir mit einem 56€ Root Server, Pluginverseuchtem #wordpress was blöd skaliert und viel #kaffee.

Mir fehlt jegliches Verständnis dafür warum sowas teilweise Konzerne oder Verlagshäuser nicht hinbekommen, mit #cdn, Load Balancern, #highavaibality und was weiß ich nicht für einem Käse.

Es muss nicht immer teuer sein wenn die Architektur stimmt.
