Oh, enjoy! Murder mysteries are far from my favourite, whether watching or reading. There are certainly some interesting ones out there, though.I'm currently reading The Fox Wife by #YangszeChoo and just watched the k-movie Exhuma. I'm finding it super interesting how critical fox spirits are in Korean, Japanese AND Chinese culture and the differences and similarities between their attributes. I may have to rewatch #TaleOfTheNineTailed before long!

Fantasy includes #TaleOfTheNineTailed
Also, a lot of amazing historical fiction, but it's Korean history, which is not so familiar to me. Many different ages of history are represented.
Oh, and romantic comedy!! SO many, and almost always with the #FemaleGaze! I never really knew that male beauty was a thing but I sure do now!

Finished #TaleOfTheNineTailed today, jumped from a 9 to a 9.5 with the final episode! SO many cool elements/loose ends tied up. Heartbreaking farewells. Spectacular scenes. This was an excellent series and I'm not usually a fan of scary or fantasy. Still, the story and the acting really pulled it all together. I especially loved the deepening of all of the relationships in this show and the group problem-solving. The ManLove/Bromances were wonderful! Costumes, sets, cinematography: epic. #kdrama

Lee Dong Wook & Kim Bum were amazing. I honestly cried more about their relationship than the main couple's. I didn't feel a lot of chemistry from the lead couple. I dislike it when an actress' character starts strong and then becomes a damsel in distress. The villain's casting was also off for me.
After the first conflict, the script was floundering. It came back together in the end. Since I ended up in tears, the story definitely moved me. The brothers, the 2nd couple, and the bickering "grandparents" made the story worth watching. For me, this one is probably not a rewatch. After seeing LDW in this, I'm really looking forward to seeing him in Goblin & TOTNT1938.
