But when you look at numbers, customers don't seem to care: Tesla's model Y, in Germany, is the most sold car, model 3 follows in second place, the Fiat 500 in third place, and only then Volkswagen's ID. models in fourth and fifth place....

    Not sure about Chinese car's SystemSafety though. Do you know more?

    Interesting description of how the Calgary region instituted a 'just culture' following a pharmacy error.

    Would recommend for those interested in system safety, healthcare safety and safety science.

    Also, my lovely wee pup seemed to like it too 😊
